Our Response to COVID-19

As we welcome customers back in to experience virtual reality, we must continue to be cautious and vigilant regarding the threat of COVID-19. We have established strict protocols and guidelines to protect and ensure safety to our customers and our employees. 

These protocols include:

  • All customers required to wear face masks

  • Denying entrance to anyone showing symptoms

  • Providing access to hand sanitizer throughout the store for customers/employees

  • Requiring employees to wear masks at all times

  • Sanitizing all controllers/headsets after use

  • Replacing headset face pads after each use

  • Frequent sanitizing of general surfaces within FlipSwitch VR

  • Limiting contact between separate groups

Along with these protocols we urge all future customers to stay safe and healthy by following the guidelines from the CDC and local governments. We hope to see you soon!
