Need to cancel a booking?

Fill out the form below and we will process your cancellation as soon as we can.

 You can reschedule a booking as long as we have more than a days notice, and you can only reschedule a booking once. 

With cancellations – we can provide in-store credit if we are given at least at least 24 hours notice, and we can provide a full refund (or credit if you would prefer) if we are given at least 3 days notice.
