Need to cancel a booking?
Fill out the form below and we will process your cancellation as soon as we can.
* Cancellations within 24-72 hours prior to a booking will only be eligible for in-store credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
* Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again and will not be eligible for a refund.
